Due to the nature of our 12-spice infusions and fresh food items, returns are not accepted once the 'Protocol of Consumption' has begun. If a quality discrepancy is detected at the node, a direct replacement is synchronized immediately.

Cancellations for the Signature Live Counter must be logged 15 days prior to the event node. Deposits are non-refundable but can be synchronized with a future date within the same 2026 expansion cycle.

Initial 'Registry Fees' for the Ambatgod Franchise Portal are non-refundable once the background verification and technical node allocation process has been initialized.

Any technical billing errors or payment synchronization issues must be reported within 48 hours to our support terminal. Refunds for such errors are processed within 7-10 business nodes.
