Delivery Radius
Node delivery (Zomato/Swiggy) is managed by local logistics partners. The delivery radius is strictly limited to 5km-10km to ensure the 12-spice flavor integrity and thermal standards are maintained.
Catering Deployment
Live Boutique Suite transport is handled by our internal logistics team. Deployment occurs 2 hours prior to the event to ensure architectural setup and 4°C water protocol synchronization.
Transit Standards
All logistics involve ozone-washed containers and cold-chain monitoring. We do not ship raw spice infusions or chutneys via standard courier to prevent profile degradation.
Geographic Coverage
Our expansion protocol currently covers Maharashtra nodes including Kolhapur, Pune, and Mumbai. Regional shipping of boutique merch or non-perishables is processed within 3-5 nodes.
