This agreement governs the usage of the Ambatgod Network. By entering our digital or physical boutiques, you align with the operational terms defined below.
Boutique Usage
By accessing the Ambatgod digital nodes, you agree to utilize our interface for lawful inquiries only. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our 12-spice proprietary data or digital architecture is a violation of our intellectual protocol.
Franchise Inquiries
Submission of a franchise application does not guarantee partnership. The 'Ambatgod' name and branding are protected assets. Unauthorized use of our trademark in local markets without a verified 'Node License' will result in legal synchronization.
Service Standards
While we strive for 100% consistency across our 50+ nodes, seasonal variations in organic ingredients may occur. Our 'Boutique Grade' guarantee ensures that hygiene protocols (4°C water, Ozone wash) remain absolute regardless of location.
Catering Protocols
Booking requests for our Signature Live Counters are subject to availability. Final deployment of the Ambatgod suite is only confirmed upon receipt of the 'Protocol Deposit' and signed event specifications.
Liability Limit
Ambatgod India is not liable for digital downtime or third-party logistical delays. We reserve the authority to update our flavor protocols, pricing models, and boutique standards without prior registry notification.
